Dear Friends,

For many years, our community has been blessed to share care in simple and meaningful ways. A challah on Friday. A Shabbat meal. A holiday package. A Thanksgiving meal. A hospital visit. Spending time with a senior. These are quiet acts of kindness at just the right time.

Again and again, we have seen how much comfort one meal, one visit, and one caring connection can bring. Now, we are excited to bring that spirit together in a more regular and meaningful way.

We are proud to announce the launch of Chabad Naples Kitchen of Kindness, a new monthly initiative that will bring our community together to cook, pack, and deliver fresh, kosher meals to those who could use comfort, care, and support.

This is more than meals. It’s community. It is about people coming together, side by side, to do something good. It is about building friendships, welcoming new faces, and creating a place where kindness is not only something we speak about, but something we do together.

Our kickoff event will take place on Sunday, June 28, at 3:00 PM at Chabad Naples.

We are very excited that Chef Shabo of 5 Star Catering will be joining us. With more than 20 years of culinary and event experience, Chef Shabo will help bring extra flavor, guidance, and excitement to the kitchen as we cook, prepare, and pack these meals together. It will be a meaningful afternoon of food, friendship, and hands-on kindness, taking simple ingredients and turning them into comfort, care, and connection for someone else.

Some will come to cook. Some will help pack. Some will deliver meals. Others may sponsor or help us identify someone who would appreciate a warm kosher meal delivered with love. Every role matters. Every person can be part of it.

This is what community is all about: one meal, one visit, one act of kindness at a time.

Please  RSVP here to join us on Sunday, June 28, at 3:00 PM, as we launch Kitchen of Kindness together. Come be part of this first gathering, learn more, and see how you can help build this new circle of kindness.

With faith, resilience, and all the blessings,

Rabbi Fishel and Ettie Zaklos
